The Leads tab gains a "Last call" filter with buckets like "Called 1 hour ago" through "Called 30+ days ago" and "Never called", and the Contacts filter panel gains a "Called within" row of presets (with live counts) alongside the existing "Not called in" row, so you can see exactly who was called recently and never call someone twice by accident. A lead moves buckets the moment its call is logged or a live call wraps up, no reload needed. Saved filters, dynamic lists and campaign audiences understand the new criteria too, so a previously-called segment targets the same people everywhere.
