when a document prints its required date format next to a date box (like a US tax form's "Date (MM-DD-YYYY)" line), the automatically added date-signed stamp follows that format instead of the sender's own date style. You can also pick the stamp format for any date field in the envelope editor or when preparing an envelope with the assistant, and each date field now previews exactly how its stamp will read before you send.
