Each tab, and each inspection, incident and corrective action, now has its own link, so you can bookmark it, paste it into a chat or a comment, open it from a notification or a search result, and refresh without being thrown back to the Overview. Browser Back (and swipe-back on a phone) now steps from a record back to its list instead of leaving the module mid-inspection, the tab title stays on Safety & Compliance rather than drifting to Operations, and the Report Incident and Start Inspection shortcuts open the form they name instead of only switching tab.
