Select several objects on the design canvas and use Arrange (bring to front
it now moves the whole selection while keeping the objects' relative stacking order, instead of silently doing nothing.

it now moves the whole selection while keeping the objects' relative stacking order, instead of silently doing nothing. When part of a selection is locked, the Arrange menu now tells you that instead of showing a dead item.
