Each safety site now has a printable QR code: a worker, contractor or visitor scans it, enters their name and email, and Automo checks their site induction and, for contractors, their current certificates before admitting them. The site page shows who is on site right now for an evacuation, and who was turned away and why. Contractor certificates now warn their owners and your admins at 30, 14 and 7 days before expiry, with a task raised to get the renewal done.
