A pipeline stage can now require a passed safety inspection (any inspection, or one named template such as a final walkthrough) and refuse to accept work while high or critical corrective actions are still open. Configure it on the stage in the pipeline editor; boards then explain the hold instead of silently moving the task, and stages without a gate behave exactly as before.
